Customer Service - The Wittler family strives to inform customers about every step of a repair, offering a personalized service only a family-owned business can provide. The shop uses a computerized system to produce invoices that inform the custumer of all services in a clear and direct manner. This system also maintains a database of customer information to create service and repair history records for each automobile, assist customers with determination of warranty eligibility and ensure effective communication with our clients.

We can perform major and minor repairs to all German cars with confidence. We specialize in brakes, inspections, suspension, exhaust, electrical, engine and transmission replacement. Hans Wittler's Automotive can repair your car quickly and properly the first time.
If it is advanced diagnostic that you need, we are the place to trust. We have the most comprehensive diagnostic equipment of any independent German repair facility in New Mexico. Our technology allows us to provide diagnostic services that are unavailable at most other automotive shops. We also have the most advanced Scope and ignition analyzer on the market to get to your problem quickly and efficiently. We do not want to waste your time and money on unnecessary diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Our Equipment
Audi/VW - Wittler's uses the Ross tech VAG com. www.ross-tech.com. This is a PC based scan tool that can emulate all the dealer diagnostics except for re-flashing or programming of drive train modules. This technology along with our VW certified technician is a powerful combination.
BMW - Wittler’s uses the Autologic from Diagnos www.autologic-diagnos.com. This Company is based out of England and has the best and most comprehensive coverage for BMW. We can perform all dealer functions including coding and programming of control modules. With this tool we can ensure quick diagnosis and quick service of your BMW.
Mercedes - Wittler's also uses the Autologic from Diagnos www.autologic-diagnos.com. This tool performs all major dealer functions including coding control modules, component activations, extensive self testing, fitting of accessories, key programming and many other functions that most people thought only the dealer could do. With this tool and our experienced Mercedes master technician there is no Mercedes problem we can't solve.
Porsche - Wittler's uses a Porsche system 2 tester. This is the factory tester for Porsches from 1996 on. We can program engine and transmission modules, program keys, extensive self-testing and much more. We also have the Bosch hammer which is used for Porsches 89-95 We are proud to say we are one of the few shops in Albuquerque that can offer this level of diagnostic power for Porsche.
General - Our scope is built by Bernie Thompson of Automotive test solutions: www.automotivetestsolutions.com. Bernie Thompson developed this tool for the next century. This is a combination 8-channel scope, ignition analyzer, and gas analyzer. This tool can look at multiple items simultaneously to analyze the problem easily and quickly. This tool is one of the best on the market. With this tool and the expertise of our technicians we can get to the bottom of your problem fast. Less diagnostic time means less expense for our customers.
